The A2 poster produced by Velocette to celebrate a Venom Clubman Veeline’s speed and stamina record success in 1961 when it became the first motorcycle ever to travel at over 100mph for 24hrs in Montlehery, France. This success built upon the previous 100mph record set by a Velocette in 1928 when 350cc Velo was first 350 to exceed 100mph.
