FifthWeb was a web technology firm, developing ‘federated commerce’ software and hardware that ‘strengthens the web for business’, securing transactions within trusted business networks, known as ‘Federations’. The technology made ‘virtual’ web transactions between members of Federations as safe and secure as real world ones.
