What nicer way to illustrate Pomeroy’s Old Brewery Inn’s “social capital” as Christchurch’s most popular English style pub, than to picture their patrons and staff both front of house and behind the scenes in The Pomeroy’s Press? At least one “locals like…” and one staff bio feature article was published every issue, beautifully lit photos of happy people—with a designed-in twist. Rather than static mug shots the portraits always featured visual activity.

To document the pub’s frequent social events the newsletter’s photographers were on hand to shoot great photos for print and web galleries too.
